About Us
Thank you for taking the time to read this brief note and allowing me to introduce myself.
 My name is Sally Canning of INNER SOLUTIONS
For over 25 years I have been involved in helping people to help themselves, and have a real pragmatic depth of knowledge in the the constantly evolving field of Energy Psychology/ Meridian Energy Therapies and Holistic Health Practices. I have worked with individuals and groups in the Private, Public, and Voluntary sectors both nationally and internationally providing training excellence and truly effective treatments.
I am particularly passionate about encouraging women to embrace their dreams with courage and a sense of adventure by using a powerful, intuitive, heart centred approach and have developed a series of creative, inspirational and experiential workshops starting in January 2012 called DARE TO BE YOU!
I absolutely love this work, and am thoroughly grateful for the interaction with all the amazing people I have been privileged to meet.
Offering quality Training Options, suited to Individuals, Therapists, Health Professionals, and Personal Development Coaches my role as Trainer, Trainers' Trainer and Advanced Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and EmoTrance (ET) is to provide you with the best possible experience in learning these practical and efficient techniques. This has been developed for you from my first hand experience of training with the originators of the modalities.
Experience shows that these techniques provide powerful tools for transforming lives, behaviours and feelings, offering an enriched and expanded view of the world - Supporting people to be the best they can.
