 What a brilliant day our first
DARE TO BE YOU! workshop turned out to be last Saturday
7th January.
12 amazing women, a fabulous venue, gorgeous food and
an abundance of merriment, laughter and fun WOW!

Besides the pure frivolity and fun that happens when inspired women gather together connections are made, creative ideas are born, dreams are voiced and the spirit of friendship fills the air - all I could have hoped and wished for when the idea for these workshops first evolved.
These days are about enabling women to experience the joys of discovering their own uniqueness in ways that feel appropriate to them. For some that's about the opportunity to openly express their inner thoughts and celebrate out loud. For others it's more of a subtle, quiet acknowledgement. It's about having a time and place to appreciate successes and accomplishments and awaken a curiosity about the personal power that is achieved through paying attention to quiet thoughts and inner whispers. It's about learning to play in the oceans of energy and to notice the magic that happens on a daily basis. It's transformational that's what it is!

 In our second workshop we're going DARE TO EXPLORE and expand your vision introducing you to a way of creating a new story for yourself through creative journaling.
Discover your own Palace of Possibilities.
You're going to explore your Hopes and Dreams and use Energy Techniques to to get past your limitations.
Journaling as a tool is powerful in creating positive changes in life. Journals become infused with magic and possibility and it's something everyone can do. Once again, you don't have to be an artist, just a willingness to have fun.

The Power of Intention
I'd like to give you a flavour of how we worked together on Saturday
We played and cut and glued and created fun things, (it's when we are being creative we most easily tap into our intuition and inspiration), whilst we discovered how whatever it is we want can be turned into an INTENTION. Even though we don't know what's going to happen we can learn to hand our hopes and dreams over to the universe. Intention is like a guiding star it's there … even when we can’t see it.
A Goal has a predetermined outcome - Intention is different - we feeeel our way to where we're going and the universe determines the outcome for our highest good and greatest joy. It's all about TRUST eeek! Now I know that can be a scary prospect but once you start to experience the outcomes it becomes MUCH easier - I promise :0)
The more important the goal, intention, dream – the more resistance we experience – the dreaded fear of change!
Remember F.E.A.R it's an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real and the Opposite of fear is FAITH and Positive Expectation
Awareness is a huge part of the process - So it's about looking for the self imposed limits you’ve put in your life because ...
What your mind can dream up can absolutely become a reality
What you think about and dream about you really can have in your life
You wouldn’t be able to have a dream or a vision if it were not possible
When you don’t dream BIG enough ... when you don’t know what you want ...
when you are not clear enough in my asking ... you get by default.
It takes same time to dream BIG as it does to dream small.
And, it’s all relative to the person.
Often the BIG dream is too big to go for so baby steps are needed first, and that's okay.
It’s about clarity of intention and what we transmit to the universe – the infinite source of abundance that's available to ALL of us, not just some of us.
DARE TO DREAM DARE TO BE YOU!
BELIEVE YOU ARE WORTH IT because you most definitely are!
