Greetings.
Wow, what a month of mixed fortunes, energies and emotions.
It started on a high when I was privileged to facilitate the First Irish EmoTrance Training Event with 36 wonderful, friendly, and open individuals, including Sister Rachel, at St Raphaela’s Convent in Dublin.
Becoming accustomed to “Irish time” seemed to be the trick of the first day, and after that everything ran “like clockwork”, so to speak. We all had such an amazing time that a repeat performance is being planned for October.

This was followed by the dysfunction of all manner of domestic appliances and “things”, with the piece de resistance happening last week …..
Picture this …
Two middle aged gals sitting in the front of a crumple sided car in a lay by near Leeds, looking very cosy, each with one hand on the back of the other’s neck and shoulder. Our amusement was evident as we imagined the comments of by passers, and the four guys who quite bizzarly turned up with black plastic bags to empty the bins and litter pick the area around where we sat.
This was how we gave one another Reiki to reduce the shock of the sudden impact of the “hit and run” driver who smashed into us so hard that he lost all the shiny bits from his van, plus his bumper AND number pate in his haste to get away. He obviously didn’t reckon on the Universe having a sense of humour!
Reiki and EmoTrance were hugely effective in relieving the wobbly leg syndrome, and the desynchronisation betwixt thoughts and mouth that set in very quickly after the bump.
I’m aware of the often repeated phrase “How lucky are we that…” but here it is again. Without these wonderful, empowering tools, and, I acknowledge, a great deal of help from the guardian angels, the end result could have been very different.
The likelihood of us reliving the accident, and holding on to the fear and anger associated with such an incident has been negated, allowing the dealings with insurance claims, to occur without the added complications of emotional trauma. To be fair, we could have used any of the Energy Therapies to good effect, but the two used seemed to be the most easily accessible at the time.
The upheaval continued with the unexpected disconnection of internet access – which admittedly created more frustration and annoyance than any accident – especially when it is virtually impossible to speak to a real live person on the end of a telephone. Now, that really does require one to tap, and soften and flow!
However, I’m happy to report that all of this culminated in a thoroughly enjoyable weekend of EmoTrance Training in lovely company, with the added bonus of a 60’s & 70’s concert in Clumber Park.
It rained! But talk about attitude being everything. What a team we have! We could either, moan and groan, pack up and go home, or live in the moment and enjoy. The ultimate experience was standing in a muddy field in the dark, sporting elegant yellow plastic capes, listening to the Hollie’s fabulous rendition of their anthem “He ain’t heavy, He’s my Brother”, whilst the rain fell gently and silently like innocent water from the Oceans of Energy. I had waited 35 years to hear that song played live and it was pure MAGIC – Now that’s what I call an EmoTrance moment – if ever there was one!
Remember – we create our reality with our thoughts.
So, each day when you wake up, choose lightness….. It is a choice
May abundance and happiness be yours
