Much of my work is with groups and individuals who wish to remove the blocks that prevent them from achieving their potential in all areas of their lives, to build / regain their self confidence, and recognise their abundance and happiness. Therefore, I’m always looking out for inspirational materials and quotes, usually by way of the newest publication, there are lots of them out there, especially in the Law of Attraction arena, with recommendations of timeless text. Many are often generously shared amongst a community dedicated to self-improvement and facilitating others to do the same. Occasionally I have an “ eureka” moment when it’s a real delight to find that something was right there all the time, I just didn’t realise it’s importance or possibilities. That happened this week when a friend and I were musing over the songs from musical shows and films. How many of us have seen, or even own a copy of The Sound of Music? Well, I had forgotten, in that film Julie Andrew sings the ultimate song of confidence and positive self talk. After leaving the convent Maria sings her song “I Have Confidence”, on her way to a new life. She is anxious and excited at the same time. She doubts she has the courage to face her new challenge. She tells herself that she must dream of the things that she is seeking. And that strength lies within her. I’d like to share the words of that song with you. You may even click into the utube link below to sing along. Maybe, you will even remember it whenever YOU doubt your own confidence… What will this day be like? It was written by Alfred Heath, after attending one of the first Introductory ECT Workshops in November 2006. Alfred is a respected Licensed Therapist and Energy Psychology Practitioner in Peterborough, UK “Hello all: I had undergone Tom's first introductory training in the UK back in January 2005. I saw there was something very special about this technique compared with other energy psychology methods I know of (TFT,EFT,EDxTM,TAT,BSFF). This Energy Cone Technique goes underneath the conscious mind directly to where held traumas are being held in the body. There is no guesswork or need to know what the problem is, or finding words for it: all that is optional with ECT. The individual is healed of the held trauma s regardless. This is an incredibly easy to use and powerful therapy, and it can be used in conjunction with any healing modality I can think of. While for me personally (having been through the earlier iteration of the same training), the new information arguably didn't warrant the cost, I believe any newcomer to energy psychology would be getting one of the most powerful energy psychology tools I've witnessed and experienced, and any energy psychology practitioner would be getting an extraordinarily valuable tool which will work when others don't. The actual Energy Cone Technique is very simple to learn, and everyone was almost immediately successful in activating, detecting, and healing a practice partner of stored emotional baggage. Several participants in the training, like myself, have been using energy psychology methods for a few years: we were all struck by the method's ability to reach deep into our psyches to access and heal deep emotional wounds we hadn't realized were there (or still there) until undergoing the process. It really was awesome! There is obviously more to this than what I'm describing, but to me this is clearly a breakthrough method with some amazing implications for the future of energy psychology. http://theamt.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=309 http://s142238452.websitehome.co.uk/tomwynn.html BTW, just did a session yesterday with a friend who is an NLP and Reiki master and has done a TON of successful self-help work with BeSetFreeFast, TAT, and my Solvation method. It took about two minutes to get to a major life event he thought he'd completely dealt with using NLP and BSFF. Wow. There was a major clearing that took about something like five minutes with me coaching him through it. He comes out the other side feeling great. He knew what the issue was (it was related to the scar on his thumb, which I was touching to initiate the process), but we only discussed it afterward to the degree that he felt like discussing. It touched upon issues he was having in the present, which became easy for him to clear on his own with his usual methods (they hadn't been prior to the ECT). This is major good stuff Blessings, |

We did it! Again! In glorious sunshine. That one window of grace between the rainy days of the last umpteen weeks. Laura and I walked up hill and down dale in the Derbyshire Peak District for 10 miles to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care. And this year we did get to wear the bright pink t-shirts in the Ribbon Walk. We met some lovely people too! I’m requesting that, if you feel so inclined, you please send your positive vibes to Anne who is dealing with this condition with such positive spirit, and determination to laugh through the whole experience. The power of intention is so great -it can make a difference! Next stop Thailand, in November, to raise more funds for Breast Cancer Care.
